The Company carried out an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) in April 2011.

Company charter capital on December 31, 2012 consisted of 60,000,000 declared common shares and 24,000,000 issued common shares, with par value of 0.01 euro.

On November, 26 2014 GDRs of ROS AGRO PLC (ISIN - US7496552057) have been admitted to trading on the Moscow Stock Exchange in section "first level" quotation list.

On April, 28 the Company has successfully completed an equity placing of 16,666,665 GDRs and increased the number of issued common shares up to 27,333,333 (5 GDRs equals to 1 share).
