Rusagro continues operating as standard
05.05.26Dear Partners, We would like to inform you of the current situation concerning the Rusagro's group of companies.
On the 30th of April 2026 the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation filed a claim with the Khamovniki District Court of Moscow, acting in the interests of the Russian Federation, requesting a transfer of a majority stake in Rusagro Group PJSC to the state.
The forthcoming hearing in relation to the filed claim is scheduled for the 5th of May 2026.
Important information for partners:
– The Company continues to operate in the normal course of business.
– All production processes, supplies, shipments and sales activities are being carried out without change.
– Payment of salaries, taxes and other mandatory payments, as well as settlements with counterparties in respect of ongoing business activities, are permitted within the scope of imposed interim measures.
– The interim measures do not affect the day-to-day operational activities of the Group's enterprises.
