Rusagro announces changes to the Board of Directors

Rusagro announces the election of the members of the Board of Directors of ROS AGRO PLC. Considering resignation of Tatiana Gurina, given after the Annual General Meeting held on 1 April 2022, the Board of Directors of ROS AGRO PLC has the following composition:

• Mrs. Ganna Khomenko;

• Mr. Maxim Basov;

• Mr. Konstantinos Konstantinidis; and

• Mrs. Andri Koumourou.
