Rusagro announces signing the agreement to supply sunflower oil to Chinese retail chain Hema and opening specialized shop at marketplace JD.com
In August 2021, Rusagro has signed the agreement with Shanghai Hema Internet of Things Co. Ltd. to supply sunflower oil under trading mark Leto Krasno to Hema retail chain – a fast growing Chinese retail chain, owned by Alibaba Group Holding Limited. Rusagro’s oil will be sold across China through online application called Hema App. Products have been already delivered to 7 distribution centers in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Xi’an, Wuhan, Jiaxing. Also, to further promote online sales, Rusagro has launched a specialized shop of its oil products at JD.com, a Chinese marketplace. The Company is planning to continue development of sales to Chinese consumers and entering leading Chinese retail chains and online marketplaces.
