Rusagro appoints Head of Sugar Segment
30.07.21Rusagro has appointed Pavel Permyakov as new General Director of Sugar segment. Before joining Rusagro Pavel served as Commercial director and later as President of UTair airplane segment, where he has successfully developed and performed strategy to improve financial results, restructured debts and enhanced commercial and operational efficiency, reaching stable positive margins for the business.
From 2010 to 2015 Pavel was Project Manager at McKinsey & Co with a focus on telecommunications and bank segment, where he implemented several strategic projects on business infrastructure development, improvement of operational efficiency and operational costs cut.
Pavel has graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) with specialization in Economics. He speaks English and Chinese fluently.
