21.06.17Maxim Basov, the member of Board of Directors of ROS AGRO PLC and CEO of Rusagro Group of Companies, on June 14 has bought 22 thousand of GDRs of ROS AGRO PLC. As the result of transaction, the stake of Maxim Basov in the Company is 7.1%.
