Sugar division

The volume of own sugar produced by the seven sugar plants located in Belgorod and Tambov regions has reached 214 thousand tons compared to 109 thousand tons in 3Q2010 (increase 98% YoY). Sales volume has reached 307 thousand tons compared to 200 thousand tons in 3Q2010 (increase 52% YoY)
 

Meat division

The sales volume of our meat division has reached 16 thousand tons - 9% increase compared to 3Q2010 (15 thousand tons in 3Q2010). The fodder production for sale has reached 11 thousand tons compared to 12 thousand tons in 2010 (decrease 10%). Sales volumes are amounted with production volume in the meat department.

Oil and fats division

The volume of margarine production has increased by 9% YoY. The margarine output has reached approximately 7,3 thousand tons (6,6 thousand tons in 3Q2010) while the mayonnaise output has reached 15 thousand tons (15 thousand tons in 3Q2010). Sales volumes of margarine and mayonnaise are very similar to production volumes. 1 October 2011 the oil extraction plant in Samara region has been launched.
 

Agricultural division

The total amount of harvested grain amounted to 502 thousand tons, whereof 268 thousand tons of winter wheat, 175 thousand tons of barley, 59 thousand tons of peas. The Company targets to use up to 62 thousand tons of grains to seed, 26 thousand tons for the rent payment and 9 thousand tons for fodder.
As a result, the following amount of harvest will be used for sale: 231 thousand tons of wheat; 125 thousand tons of barley; 39 thousand tons of peas; 10 thousand tons of grain scrap. The Company has planted 93 thousand hectares of winter crops which is 20% YoY more than in 2010-2011 season. The harvesting of sunflower, corn and sugar beet is still in progress and scheduled to be finished by the end of November. Soil preparation for sowing sugar beets and other crops is as scheduled.
