The Company signed off the agreement to purchase 3 sugar plants in Orel and Kursk regions (Kurskiy, and Kshensky Otradnensky) and parcels 90 thousand ha located around the plants. The Company plans to close the deal upon completion of all necessary corporate and legal procedures.
