ROS AGRО PLC (LSE: AGRO) has announced a buy back purchase of the company’s GDRs from the public market
08.12.11The meeting of the Board took place in Cyprus on 25 August 2011.
Board of Directors has granted its authorization to conduct the buy back to the management of Rusagro Group of Companies.
The Company has bought 1 290 999 GDRs from the market at the average price of $7.7 USD per GDR from September till November this year.
