ROS AGRО PLC (LSE: AGRO) has announced an intention to acquire 100% of Uralbroiler Group.

Rusagro became the owner of minority stakes of Uralbroiler Group of Companies. Uralbroiler is one of the largest meat producer in the Ural Federal District. Production capacity is about 110 thousand tons of poltry and 18 thousand tons of pork. Rusagro plans to become a major owner of Uralbroiler enterprises within the two months.
