ROS AGRО PLC (LSE: AGRO) has announced the Board of Directors has approved acquisition soy processing plant assets in Primorski krai
02.09.15The Company plans to close acquisition of 75% of the Company «Primorskaya soy» which owns the part of plant equipment shortly.
The current production capacity of the plat is 450 tons of soy per day and can also produce bottled soy oil and mayonnaise.
