Sugar division

All Company’s plants have finished processing sugar beet and were stopped in February. There was no sugar production on Company’s plants in May. On 1 June 2012 the Company starts the processing up to 60 thousand tons of raw sugar at Nikiforovsky sugar plant in Tambov region and at Nika sugar plant in Belgorod region.

Meat division

The production volume of our meat division has reached 5,8 thousand tons up 12% YoY. The fodder production for sale has reached 6,2 thousand tons down 19% YoY.

Oil and fats division

The margarine output has reached approximately 1,9 thousand tons and the mayonnaise output has reached 4,5 thousand tons. The production volume of margarine has decreased 15% YoY and the production volume of mayonnaise has decreased 3% YoY.
Oil extraction plant in Samara region has produced 14,2 thousand tons of oil. During the same period last year the production was 4,6 thousand tons.

Agricultural division

Agricultural division completed planting campaign in May 2012. We have recorded the high preservation of winter wheat. Area of cultivated land has reached 380 thousand hectares including fallow. We plant more than 89 thousand ha of winter wheat, up to 64 thousand ha of barley, approximately 72.5 thousand ha of sugar beet and 28 thousand ha of sunflower and etc. You can find detailed information of planted crops in our previous release at our website.

Note that all data provided in this announcement can differ from the quarter results since it has been taken from the management accounts prepared on a monthly basis.
