ROS AGRО PLC (LSE: AGRO) has announced changes in the Board of Directors members and its interim dividend payment.
26.05.15Vadim Moshkovich entered the Board of Directors instead of Natalia Bykovskaya and has been appointed as Chairman.
The interim dividend payment for the first half of the year of the financial results has been included to the dividend policy of the Board of Directors. The dividends will be paid twice a year with payout ratio of at least 25% of net income by the IFRS.
