ROS AGRО PLC (LSE: AGRO) has announced the win of the auction for the acquisition of 5,500 hectares of arable land in the Mikhailovsky district of Primorsky Krai.

The Company has acquired 100% shares in JSC "Uchkhoz PGSKHA" which owns 6177 hectares (5500 hectares of arable land) in the Mikhailovsky district of Primorsky Krai. The current land bank of the Rusagro Company in the Far East will be over 26 thousand ha.
