01.09.14Оn August 28th, 2014 the Board of Directors of the Company resolved that in order to increase its liquidity and its attractiveness for potential investors the Company’s GDRs to be listed on the Moscow Exchange (MICEX) and its shares to be listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE).
