ROS AGRО PLC (LSE: AGRO) has announced the Board of Director recommendations for a dividend payment.

Today, 23 April the members of Board of Directors have made the recommendations to accept the dividend payment in the amount of RUR1bln during the Annual Shareholders Meeting to be held on 30 May.
