29.11.13ROS AGRО PLC (LSE: AGRO) has announced an Option program for Top Management.
The Board of Directors has approved the Option program for management of the Company. There will be 9 participants: 5 Functional Directors from a Holding company and 4 Business Divisions Directors. The Company plans to buy GDR from the market worth $ 1.3 million dollars to implement the Option program.
