Rusagro Group PJSC announces transition to semi-annual financial reporting disclosure
21.05.25Moscow, 21 May 2025 - Rusagro Group (ticker on the Moscow Exchange – RAGR), one of the largest Russian vertical agricultural holdings, announces its transition from quarterly financial reporting frequency to semi-annual disclosure based on audited IFRS statements for the periods of 6 and 12 months.
Thus, on May 21, 2025, only the financial accounting statements under RAS (Russian Accounting Standards) will be disclosed. On August 27, 2025, the financial results for Q2 and the 6 months of 2025 will be published, along with the consolidated financial statements under IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
This decision was made taking into account optimization of workload within the finance department and corporate governance bodies as well as integration process of Agro-Belogorie group into established business divisions.
