Decisions made at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Ros Agro PLC
28.03.25During the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Ros Agro PLC, among other decisions, it was resolved to delist Ros Agro Plc’s GDR from the Moscow Exchange and the Astana International Exchange.
The shares of PJSC Rusagro Group continue to trade on the Moscow Exchange under the ticker RAGR as usual.
