04.10.12Russian President Vladimir Putin has approved a zero profit tax for agricultural producers for time being.
On 3 October 2012 President Putin has signed a law that extends a zero profit and 10% VAT tax regime for agricultural producers for indefinite time.
This extension has a positive influence on Ros Agro’s net income. Our Meat and Agri divisions will continue to have a 0% profit tax. All divisions will continue to have 10% VAT on theirs products with exception of sauces and soaps which will continue to have 18% VAT.
