ROS AGRО PLC (LSE: AGRO) has announced the dividend policy approved by the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors has approved a dividend policy with payout ratio of at least 25% of net income. The first declaration of dividends will be made in the first half of 2014 based on the Financial Statements of 2013.
