Evgeny has BA degree in IT from Tyumen Industrial University and MA degree in System Analysis from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.

From 2011 to 2016 Evgeny worked as a consultant at McKinsey&Company where he got a diversified industrial and functional expertise.
In 2010 Evgeny started as an associate in KPMG advisory services.
Roman Shkoller joined Rusagro group as a CEO for the agriculture business division, effective as of 24 March 2020.
Prior to Rusagro Roman was a partner at McKinsey, an international consulting firm, where he led the CIS hub for strategy and finance. He was focused on growth strategies, turnarounds and digital transformations in Russia and abroad and served clients across multiple industries.
Roman graduated with an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management in 2013. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from the Higher School of Economics, and a master degree in economics from the New Economic School (2008).

He grew to this position from the Commercial Director of this division of the Company, to which he was employed on 18.05.2020.
In 2009, he graduated from the Kiev Polytechnic University with a red diploma of mechanical engineering (Department of “Mechanical and Machine building Institute”). Additionally, in 2007, he received a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the International University of Finance.
From 2016 to 2020, he worked at JSC Perekrestok in the procurement department, the last position - category director of the Fruit and Vegetables direction, where he managed to achieve high operational results and lay the foundation for future growth of KPIs.
From 2011 to 2016, he was building a career in the commercial in Danone Russia, having worked his way up from a sales supervisor in St. Petersburg to a Branch Director.
Vladimir Aleksandrov joined Rusagro group as a CEO for the Oils&Fats business division, effective as of September 12th, 2020.
Prior to Rusagro Vladimir spent 19 years at international consulting firm McKinsey, starting from Business Analyst and all the way to the Partner. At McKinsey Vladimir for many years led CIS hub for Basic Materials and Chemicals practice, as well as CIS hub for Capital Productivity practice. Over the years at McKinsey, Vladimir led projects on Strategy & Growth, operations transformation programs, supported major capital projects (incl. launch of the first Russian Arctic Oil platform). Among Vladimir’s clients were major Russian and International companies.
Vladimir graduated with an MBA from Harvard Business School, Harvard University in 2006. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Finance Academy under the Government of Russia.
