Evgeny has BA degree in IT from Tyumen Industrial University and MA degree in System Analysis from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.

Prior to his appointment to the position, Dmitry was a Chief Operating Officer of the Rusagro Agricultural Business Division, and previously was a General Director of the Rusagro Agricultural Business Division in Tambov Region.
Before joining Rusagro from 2017 to 2019, Dmitry headed the agricultural division of Solar Products holding (TOP-25 agro-industrial companies in Russia), where he successfully implemented a program for the construction and commissioning of 10,000 hectares of irrigated lands. From 2010 to 2017, Dmitry was the head of Volgograd Agroindustrial Company LLC, which is one of the largest agricultural producers in the Volgograd region. During this time, Dmitry has successfully implemented a number of projects to develop irrigated lands, enter the export market for the sale of agricultural products, acquire new land assets and elevator capacities, and introduced a system of "precision farming".
Dmitry has a higher legal education from the Volgograd Academy of Public Administration, as well as a Master's Degree in Agronomy of the Saratov State Agrarian University.

Before joining Rusagro Pavel served as Commercial director and later as President of UTair airplane segment, where he has successfully developed and performed strategy to improve financial results, restructured debts and enhanced commercial and operational efficiency, reaching stable positive margins for the business.
From 2010 to 2015 Pavel was Project Manager at McKinsey & Co with a focus on telecommunications and bank segment, where he implemented several strategic projects on business infrastructure development, improvement of operational efficiency and operational costs cut.
Pavel has graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) with specialization in Economics. He speaks English and Chinese fluently.
Vladimir Aleksandrov joined Rusagro group as a CEO for the Oils&Fats business division, effective as of September 12th, 2020.
Prior to Rusagro Vladimir spent 19 years at international consulting firm McKinsey, starting from Business Analyst and all the way to the Partner. At McKinsey Vladimir for many years led CIS hub for Basic Materials and Chemicals practice, as well as CIS hub for Capital Productivity practice. Over the years at McKinsey, Vladimir led projects on Strategy & Growth, operations transformation programs, supported major capital projects (incl. launch of the first Russian Arctic Oil platform). Among Vladimir’s clients were major Russian and International companies.
Vladimir graduated with an MBA from Harvard Business School, Harvard University in 2006. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Finance Academy under the Government of Russia.
