The hotline of the Rusagro Code of Business Conduct and Ethics allows employees and other interested parties to leave a message about an existing, suspected or planned violation of the rules of business conduct and ethics.

What violations should be reported?

Main characteristics of the Rusagro Group Hotline:

• Confidentiality.
  Each applicant has the right to report the violation anonymously if they wish.
• Independence.
  To process incoming information about violations, conduct investigations, and transfer rewards, a third-party provider of SiEsAi Group LLC, which has no relation to Rusagro Group, works. This means complete impartiality and confidence in the results of investigations.
• Remuneration.
  The applicant is entitled to receive a monetary reward from 10,000 to 500,000 rubles (10% of the identified damage to the company).
